The Tour of Matabungkay Open (ToM), the most anticipated race this year, was an exhilarating 3-day, 4-stage cycling challenge held from October 13 to 15, traversing the breathtaking landscapes of Batangas, with the iconic Mount Batulao posing a formidable obstacle along the route.
